Cab Software is on permanent hiatus.

Due to other commitments, Vocab hasn't been worked on in a long time. If you want to download the current (old) version of Vocab (Windows or Classic Mac), it is still available from a lot of download sites including www.download.com.

If you really want to learn a language, my personal experience is that nothing comes close to living in a country where it is spoken, and interacting with people day to day.
